Process Improvement Coordinator
DonorConnect is seeking a full-time Process Improvement Coordinator . The Process Improvement Coordinator (PIC) will play a key role in supporting and implementing process improvement initiatives at DonorConnect. Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Program Manager, the PIC will assist in identifying areas for improvement, facilitating continuous improvement projects, and applying methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements and contribute to the organization's mission of improving organ procurement processes.
The PIC champions the culture of Performance Excellence and Continuous Improvement by acting as a resource and engaging DonorConnect staff in developing and implementing improvement projects. Assists management and staff in identifying, evaluating, and implementing process improvement opportunities to optimize organizational resources and achieve measurable impact on goals. Maintains knowledge of regulations and standards, incorporating necessary changes into SOPs, processes, and training, while preparing for accreditation surveys, audits, and partner site visits. Provides project management support and collaborates with management and departmental staff to design and implement impactful improvement initiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Training / Education / Certification :
- Bachelor's degree preferred, and / or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and / or portfolio demonstrating application of Six Sigma methodologies and tools

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
