Snow Shoveler Technician – On-Call Position

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Snow Shoveler Technicians. This on-call position is essential for keeping our large industrial facility safe and accessible during snowstorms. When called upon, workers will assist in clearing snow from sidewalks, between vehicles, and other designated areas, as well as applying salt to prevent ice buildup.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team to clear snow from sidewalks, parking areas, and high-traffic zones.
- Apply salt and de-icing treatments to designated areas after shoveling.
- Operate basic snow removal tools, such as shovels and snow blowers.
- Follow safety guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Be prepared for long hours and demanding weather conditions during snow events.
Requirements:
- Must be reliable and available on an on-call basis during snowstorms.
- Ability to work in harsh winter conditions (cold temperatures, wind, snow, ice).
- Physically capable of lifting and shoveling heavy snow for extended periods.
- Must dress appropriately for winter weather conditions.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
