This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney at DonovanFingar LLC in Birmingham, AL. The Associate Attorney will participate primarily in the firm's commercial real estate and commercial leasing practice areas, which will include drafting and negotiation of documents, due diligence for real estate projects, and conducting research.
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years of legal experience (prior practice in commercial real estate is not required)
- Strong analytical and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in team environment
