Job Description:
The Training and Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in both the onboarding of new hires and the recruitment of top talent. Responsibilities include overseeing a comprehensive 7-week training bootcamp, providing hands-on training, and coordinating recruitment efforts through various channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in training coordination and/or recruitment in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment software.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations and training materials.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for development and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to work in a shop environment with continuous exposure to potentially hazardous metalworking machinery and equipment, loud noises, dust, mist, oils, and solvents.
