Job Title: Baker
Reports To: Production Manager and/or Store Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
LaMar's Donuts is now hiring full-time Bakers! Experience not needed but preferred. Bakers must have open availability and be able to work on weekdays and weekends.
Baker Responsibilities include:
- Taking and recording temperatures of raw ingredients, water and dough
- Weighing and mixing the raw materials according to recipes
- Rolling and cutting the dough, hand-making other yeast-raised products
- Controlling the temperature and humidity of the proofer
- Placing products on screens to be placed in the proofer (if applicable)
- Frying all cake and yeast-raised donuts
- Finishing and decorating of products
- Stocking the front of the store
- Working overnight until all product is produced for that business day
