Compensation : $80,000 - $100,000 annual salary, plus quarterly bonuses.
Type of Work Available : Full-Time (40 hours)

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field OR Children’s Program Administrator credential
- 2 years of experience working with young children
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Multi-site experience preferred
As a Regional Manager, you will lead and manage five (5) center management teams in the Rochester, NY area. You will supervise Center Directors and promote developmentally appropriate practices within the centers and provide strategic leadership to ensure quality of programming, financial success, and regulatory compliance.
