In this role, you will support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations of the taproom, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company policies.
- Train, develop, and supervise staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food safety.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and presentation of menu items.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Implement training programs for new hires to promote a knowledgeable and efficient team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment, adhering to health regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service management or hospitality is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Experience in BEER is a plus, enhancing beverage service offerings.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with front of the house operations and staff training development.
