What are the responsibilities and job description for the Respiratory Care Practitioner Extern - Cardiopulmonary Services - Casual Call position at Door County Medical Center?
The Respiratory Care Practitioner Extern works under direct supervision of a Respiratory Therapist, performs selected and delegated respiratory tasks in the care of patients. Direct supervision means immediate availability to continually coordinate, direct and inspect at first hand the practice of another.
Education Required : Successful completion or currently enrolled in an accredited school for respiratory therapy.
Credential / Licensure Required : BLS Certification required, ACLS Certification, NRP Certification
Shift : Working as needed various shifts available. Casual Call differential of an additional 10%.
Shift differentials offered as a percentage of base rate : 10% for PM shift and 17% for night shift
