DSA Doors, the premium wood door manufacturing company in the United States, is looking for solution and results driven person to join us in our Raleigh, NC office. We have an excellent opportunity within our IT Department as an ERP Developer .
This is an On-Site position based in Raleigh.
Position Overview : The ERP Developer will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s enterprise level systems including ERP, CRM, and CPQ, etc. to enhance ordering and production efficiency, inventory management, and overall operational effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business processes, and implementing solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- System Management : Oversee all the company’s enterprise level systems’ functionality, performance, and integration with other applications used by the company.
- Process Analysis : Analyze existing business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains through the ERP system.
- Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date data with all the company’s information systems, including product selection configuration, inventory levels, production schedules, and financial reporting.
- Reporting & Analytics : Develop and generate reports to provide insights into production efficiency, inventory turnover, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaboration : Work closely with production, sales, finance, and IT departments to ensure seamless integration of processes and data across the organization.
- Project Implementation : Participate in ERP system upgrades and new module implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Documentation & User Training : Create and maintain documentation of system processes, system modifications, user guides, and training materials, and deliver user training to end users to ensure proper use and maintenance of the ERP system.
- Enhancements & Optimization : Customize existing enterprise systems according to user-specific needs and industry best practices.
- Troubleshooting : Debug and troubleshoot ERP application issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements : Qualifications :
Work Environment : This role will operate in both office and warehouse / production settings. Standard office equipment is used regularly, and the role may involve lifting / moving objects up to 25 pounds and climbing ladders occasionally.
