Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and providing excellent customer service through various communication channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have great communication skills, be willing to learn, and be a problem solver. You should thrive in a team environment and enjoy a variety of duties. Previous experience in retail, customer service, food and beverage, administrative, healthcare or similar industries where you perform a variety of tasks is highly desirable.
