The integrated marketing team is a group of marketing generalists responsible for translating business goals into marketing strategies and serving as the general manager across the organization to bring those strategies to market.
About the Role
The Consumer Integrated Marketing team is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer to grow DoorDash's Marketplace. This role will report into the New Customers Channels Marketing lead, and will own building the strategy, development and execution of highly engaging, innovative strategic partner marketing programs that fuel our Marketplace growth. In this role, you’ll create and execute integrated marketing programs and campaigns built against both external partner and DoorDash goals. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure we are maximizing DoorDash value from our partner relationships, with marketing that drives our business forward and serves our audiences. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable operating at highly strategic and tactical levels, keeping a strong pulse on business performance to ensure the cross-functional marketing team has a clear line of sight of how we are pacing to quarterly and annual goals. They have experience building consensus with large cross-functional teams, and excel at tracking and communicating campaign performance while accomplishing marketing and business objectives.

- Own and nurture marketing relationships with some of our largest and most high profile strategic partners
- Develop annual co-marketing strategies and plans with key partners and establish “buy-in” from internal and external stakeholders
- Execute integrated co-marketing campaigns from strategy and concept, through production, implementation, delivery and reporting
- Manage day-to-day operations of partner marketing efforts, including paid media, promotions, emails, in-app experiences, website content, and status meetings
- Manage paid media strategies and campaign execution for partners to increase new customer acquisition, and delivery orders in both DoorDash and partner channels
- Create project creative briefs for individual campaign assets, project manage the creation of campaign assets and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Use a data-first approach to optimize campaigns against our goals, improve profitability, and drive results
We’re excited about you because you have…
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus
- 5 years as a Marketer spanning both brand and direct response
- Experience in partner marketing at a consumer brand or tech company
- Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills and are able to organize critical info both to senior leaders, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience sifting through a detailed analysis and synthesizing the key points to make data-driven decisions, while still having a strong bias for action and being able leverage your intuition when you don’t have all the data you might need.
- A creative and entrepreneurial mindset - you enjoy tackling unsolved problems, building, and finding creative solutions with limited resources.
- A love for collaborating and working on a team with extensive cross-functional experience partnering with groups across (both internal and external) marketing partners (ie. CRM, paid media, creative, etc), analytics, product, etc.
