At DoorDash, people are our most important asset. The People Business Partner team works closely with leaders across our business to align people and strategy. Our HRBPs assess, coach, and influence the company as we scale and evolve to enable our teams to accomplish amazing things. As our COEs have matured, our HRBPs are gaining increasing capacity to partner with the business leaders to create mechanisms and solutions that align their business and talent strategies.
About the Role
In collaboration with our Centers of Excellence, you will provide strategic HR consultation and expertise to Senior Leaders across the Merchant organization, with a focus on Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, and Strategic Planning. Reporting to the Senior Director of People Business Partners, you will lead a team of HRBPs and ERBPs. This role involves close partnership with the Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing Sales, Merchant Strategy & Operations, and Sales Operations. You will develop and execute a People strategy that empowers the team to deliver on a dynamic product and service strategy, addressing the evolving needs of our Merchants—including expanding our U.S. restaurant offerings and entering new verticals.

- You have excellent judgment and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
- You have stellar project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and discipline to organize and prioritize.
