About the Team
The Enterprise Strategy and Operations team is responsible for driving strategic initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams to grow revenue efficiently. To achieve this, the team builds processes, executes best-in-class go-to-market strategies, and influences sales priorities. The broader Enterprise team provides strategic development for our largest revenue driving segments across all geographies and business lines at DoorDash.
About the Role
As a Manager in Ads Sales Strategy & Operations focused on Ads Sales, you will partner with general managers, product teams, and Ads sales teams to drive achievement of revenue targets. You’ll craft go-to-market strategies, report on business performance, and build systems and tooling for scale. Additionally, you will support special projects to identify and implement data-driven efficiency improvements and revenue acceleration opportunities. You will report into the Senior Manager of Ads Sales Enterprise Strategy. We expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office and some time remote.

- Analyze - Own our business metrics, diagnose performance, make recommendations on how to make up ground or accelerate.
- Scale - Scope recommendations for tools, process, infrastructure for Sales to use to drive day to day efficiency and improved revenue outcomes.
- Collaborate - Own relationships with sales leadership and manage cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders.
- Strategize - Build, test, and establish go-to-market strategy for our Sales organization to execute on high priority initiatives for the business.

We’re excited about you because…
- You have 6 years of experience in Sales Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, or a generalist role with a track record of owning revenue metrics and working with sales teams
- You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with large data sets within Excel / Google sheets; SQL skills are preferred
- You are comfortable solving ambiguous problems and managing multiple priorities across a wide stakeholder group.
- You are an experienced project manager, comfortable managing multiple deadlines simultaneously, reporting on progress, and keeping stakeholders informed in a fast-paced environment
- You’re an excellent verbal and written communicator, able to express a complex idea clearly and simply to internal audiences
