As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for targeting, engaging, qualifying and scheduling meetings with enterprise prospect organizations in the US & Canada.
About the Role
Sales Development plays an integral role in DoorDash for Business’s continued growth in the US and Canada. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for DDfB, you will play a critical role in driving growth by targeting, engaging, and qualifying enterprise prospects in the US and Canada. You’ll collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to target new buyers, build pipeline and set up qualified meetings that contribute directly to achieving our quarterly sales targets.

- Target and Engage: Use outbound prospecting tactics and inbound lead qualification techniques to connect with key buyer personas at target enterprise organizations.
- Qualify: Qualify prospective clients to understand their potential DDfB use cases and qualify inbound leads for the team of Account Executives.
- Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with Account Executives and Marketing to inform messaging, improve demand-generation strategies, and refine lead qualification criteria.
- Learn and Grow: Develop sales skills and gain exposure to enterprise-level selling in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Drive Results: Consistently meet or exceed targets for outreach, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
We’re excited about you because you have:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (internships and entry-level experience welcome).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a knack for building rapport.
- A self-starter attitude with a bias for action and a drive to exceed goals.
- A collaborative mindset and desire to learn from others.
- Experience using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or other CRM software (preferred but not required).
