As a Seasonal Warehouse Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting our store operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Inventory and Spoilage Management: Manage stock receivables and inventory, including tracking shelf life.
- Receiving Inventory: Unload inventory from trucks and onto warehouse shelves.
- Batching and Preparing Orders: Identify incoming orders, pick, pack and organize them into batches.
- Order Staging and Handoff: Assist the order pick-up process by handing off orders to drivers.
- Warehouse Organization: Clean, organize, and maintain operational standards in the warehouse.
- Delight Customers: Ensure that all substitutions are approved by the customer, and the correct orders are sent to the right customers on time.
