As an Executive Assistant, you will support two senior leaders in Product & Design, serving as their go-to person for calendar management, strategic prioritization, team engagement, and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in managing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional communication, and ensuring the team operates smoothly. You will report to the Executive Business Partner on our Administrative Team. 3-5 years of experience
in an Executive Assistant or high-level administrative support role.Exceptional organizational skills
with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities.A proactive

to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
