We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you'll be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, and qualification efforts.
You'll play a crucial role in driving growth by handling a high volume of inbound leads and proactively reaching out to prospects via outbound strategies.
The ideal candidate will be success-driven, disciplined, and operationally sharp, excelling in cold calling, prospecting, and lead qualification.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years in a sales role (SDR, cold calling, or prospecting experience).
- Strong ability to cold call, generate leads, and prospect across channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
- Detail-oriented and disciplined in managing tasks and pipeline in a CRM like Salesforce.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection; motivated to learn and improve.
- Eager to understand DoorLoop's product and confidently address prospect needs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools (Outreach, HubSpot) is a plus.
