Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation & Segment Marketing, this individual will play a hands-on role in campaign strategy, execution, testing, and optimization across channels.

Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to small business audiences, including email, paid media, webinars, content syndication, and nurture programs. Partner closely with product marketing, content, and digital teams to create compelling messaging and assets. Manage campaign timelines and deliverables, ensuring execution is smooth, timely, and aligned with marketing and sales priorities.
- Pipeline Generation: Generate qualified leads and contribute to sales pipeline through targeted programs aligned to specific business goals. Ensure campaign efforts are aligned with sales teams, supporting key plays and engagement strategies. Collaborate with sales leadership and RevOps to monitor funnel progression and campaign effectiveness.
- Funnel Optimization & Performance Analysis: Continuously evaluate and improve campaign performance across the funnel. Implement A/B testing and other optimization tactics to refine messaging, targeting, and channel mix. Deliver clear, actionable reporting on campaign outcomes and share learnings with stakeholders.
- Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Work closely with SDRs and AEs to ensure campaign-generated leads are effectively followed up on. Create campaign briefs, sales follow-up sequences, and enablement content to support outreach and conversion efforts. Maintain open communication with sales to gather feedback and optimize programs accordingly.
- Marketing Operations & Automation: Build and manage marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing programs to scale outreach and engagement. Ensure campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting infrastructure is accurate and effective. Collaborate with Marketing Ops to maintain dashboards and share insights across teams.
- Proven experience in B2B demand generation, preferably within SaaS or high-growth environments.
- A strong grasp of inbound and outbound marketing tactics, including paid media, email, content, and events.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A passion for experimentation, data, and driving measurable business outcomes.
