We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This role is essential in overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects align with client specifications and company standards.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Support the project manager in tracking project progress and reporting updates.
- Organize project documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Help resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare revisions due to change orders.
- Prepare & manage walk documentation.
- Work with the estimating and purchasing team to obtain pricing.
- Ensure that all required documents are received before construction starts.
- Assist with creating and maintaining the production schedules.
- Process paperwork to the door shop in a timely manner.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry in a role such as Estimator, Project Manager, or Project Coordinator.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in project management software.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail.
- Task and detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in working with division 8 doors and windows is preferred!
- Comfortable going out to job sites.
- Strong understanding of blueprints and architectural plans
This role is located at the RGC Door and Window, LLC. office, which features an open-concept workspace. It is an in-person position and currently not eligible for remote work. The role involves working closely with the male lead of the company.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
