Job Information
This position closes the critical final steps of the operations process by pick releasing, routing via TMS and invoicing product to create timely revenue recognition within the organization.
Role & Responsibility
This position prepares all required domestic and international shipping documentation including bill of ladings and cross border paperwork. Responsibilities also include preparing and packing orders for shipment. Assemble orders, checks against shipping or customer order, and reports shortages and incomplete orders. Select appropriate shipping containers and packing material
Job Requirement
- Proficient with computers, internet, and Oracle
- Experience in transportation & logistics
- Excellence in accuracy, data analysis, and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Exhibit integrity representing Doosan when dealing with customers & forwarders
- Professional and confidential information handling
- Team oriented
- Flexible to change
High School Diploma/Equivalent
2>5 years experience
3-5 years experience in manufacturing or logistics
< 10% travel
