Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the company's day-to-day operations, including managing budgets, resources, and employees.
- Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff.
- Conducting performance evaluations, provides feedback, and identifies training needs.
- Encourages a culture of corporate responsibility for the benefit of employees.
- Improving internal processes for better productivity.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing office operations, including health and safety regulations, data protection laws, and employment practices.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and supplies, ensuring that they are in good working condition and adequately stocked.
- Managing administrative projects and initiatives, such as office relocations, renovations, and technology upgrades, from planning through execution.
- Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of a business unit.
- Managing office budgets and expenses, including monitoring costs, approving expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Working closely with account managers to retain clients.
- Developing innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Overseeing accounts receivable including:
- The accuracy of invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
- Maintenance of accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
- Assuring daily cash management duties are performed, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
- Monitoring and collecting accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail as needed
Travel Requirements
This position typically does require less than 5% travel.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on General Management experience.
- Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personnel management, including hiring, supervision, performance management and evaluations

- Expertise using data to identify and utilize key performance indicators to drive business results
