ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development (BD)Focus on business development with companies in the space technology and quantum computing sectors, exploring potential collaboration opportunities, including co-hosted events, platform integration, and other deep partnerships.Build strong relationships with communities in the space technology and quantum computing sectors, encouraging them to use our platform for organizing hackathons and submitting innovative projects (buidls).Develop and execute effective business development strategies to establish and maintain long-term partnerships with frontier tech organizations and communities, supporting our hackathon / grant programs.Event Design and ExecutionLead the design and organization of hackathons and grant programs in the frontier tech space, including promotion, participant recruitment, inviting judges and mentors, and enhancing community engagement.Plan and execute frontier tech workshops, covering event design, topic selection, and inviting industry experts as speakers.Industry Research and InsightsActively participate in research on space technology and quantum computing industries, staying updated on the latest trends, technological advancements, and market demands to inform event design and business development.Produce regular industry research reports to provide valuable insights for the team and partners.Industry Event ParticipationRepresent the company at offline conferences and industry events related to frontier tech, expanding the professional network and increasing the company's influence within the industry.RequirementsStrong research skills in quantum computing and related fields, with a deep understanding of technological developments, market dynamics, and core trends.Interest in the space technology sector with knowledge of its technologies and industry landscape is a plus.Academic background in STEM fields, with strong technical understanding. Degrees in computer science, physics, electrical engineering, or related fields are preferred.Excellent business communication skills, with the ability to identify and drive collaboration opportunities to closure.Proven experience working with tech companies, developer communities, or related organizations is a significant advantage.Experience in organizing hackathons, workshops, or related events, with end-to-end execution capabilities.Existing connections in the frontier tech space, especially in the quantum computing or space technology sectors, are a strong plus.
