Responsibilities
Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.
Design user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing, ensuring seamless user interactions and engagement.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design concepts and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX / UI design and visual aesthetics.
Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin for verbal communication (written skills not required)
Proven experience as a UX / UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your visual design skills and process.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to create polished and pixel-perfect designs that elevate user experiences.
Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and prototyping.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and concepts to stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred but not required.
Bonus Skills :
Front-end development skills (HTML / CSS / JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
Motion design and prototyping skills using tools like Principle, After Effects, or similar.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices in UX / UI design.
