We are dedicated to our patient’s health and well-being, and we are currently seeking a talented and motivated Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
- Plan and schedule appointments.
- Greet and assist patients in person.
- Answer incoming telephone calls.
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support office operations.
- Supervise and provide support to the reception team.
- Cultivate an inclusive and diverse working environment for all team members.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior experience in front desk and administrative roles.
- Experience in Clinical or Adult Day Care settings is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- A positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
