Your compensation for Guest Relations Curator will be $25.20

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be responsible for recognizing and executing memorable events for all of our hotel guests. This will additionally include owning our gift inventory to help curate experiences and lasting memories that can be shared amongst the hotel and brand to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• You’ll also be entrusted with crafting and executing experiences and capturing special moments for our guests, this position is very imaginative and resourceful and is a critical role to the Guest Relations Team.

• Sometimes our guests have special requests involving tailor made experiences and events, special amenity requests and even special occasions that they want to remember forever. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Guest Relations Curator.
• Support the creative planners to turn clues into special moments by proactively seek to understand our guest and create customized solutions.

• Desired knowledge of the purchasing processes. Excellent system competence and ability to consult multiple technologies to gather clues.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, and hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and stand for up to 8 hours. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
• Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
