Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Public Works located in Dorchester, SC. The Director will be responsible for overseeing transportation, solid waste, stormwater and public works, and budgeting tasks on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Public Administration skills
- At least ten (10) years of related work experience.
- Budgeting experience
- Strong leadership and managerial abilities
- Knowledge of local government regulations and policies helpful
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Valid state driver's license
- Professional Engineer license
- Registered Land Surveyor preferred
