Location: In office Laguna Beach, CA
Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday, 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Pay: $25 – $30 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with property management of assets in the local area.
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and online booking requests with professionalism and warmth.
- Assist guests with reservations, special requests, and inquiries about hotel amenities.
- Provide personalized recommendations to enhance guests’ stay.
- Accurately process payments and maintain booking records.
- Coordinate and manage housekeeping to ensure smooth guest check-ins and stays.
- Uphold high standards of customer service to create memorable experiences.
- Manage and coordinate inventory for the hotel.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel reservations, front desk, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Airbnb)
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality.
- Must be available Wednesday – Sunday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
- On-site position – candidates must be able to work in Laguna Beach.
