What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Reservation Specialist and Property Management Assistant position at Dornin Investment Group?

Location: In office Laguna Beach, CA

Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday, 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Pay: $25 – $30 per hour (DOE)

Job Type: Full-Time


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with property management of assets in the local area.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and online booking requests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Assist guests with reservations, special requests, and inquiries about hotel amenities.
  • Provide personalized recommendations to enhance guests’ stay.
  • Accurately process payments and maintain booking records.
  • Coordinate and manage housekeeping to ensure smooth guest check-ins and stays.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service to create memorable experiences.
  • Manage and coordinate inventory for the hotel.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hotel reservations, front desk, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems (Airbnb)
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality.
  • Must be available Wednesday – Sunday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
  • On-site position – candidates must be able to work in Laguna Beach.
