As part of a close-knit team of three sales consultants, you'll average 20 units per month, with the potential to earn over $100,000 annually. Your Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom and sales lot
- Identify customers’ needs and provide tailored recommendations
- Explain vehicle features, benefits, and available upgrades
- Stay up to date on inventory, new features, and optional accessories
- Build strong relationships with customers and offer top-tier service
- Conduct professional presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles
- Ensure customers fully understand their vehicle's technology at the time of purchase
- Utilize the CRM system to track and engage with customers effectively
- Overcome objections, close sales, and follow company sales processes
- Attend sales meetings and complete dealership and manufacturer training
- Report to the Sales Manager on goals, activities, and progress
What You Need to Succeed:
- Past Sales or Customer Service Experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, self-motivated attitude and a passion for helping others
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
