Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, creating a positive first impression
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' preferences and requirements
• Showcase and demonstrate used vehicles to highlight features and benefits
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery
• Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about vehicle specifications, pricing, and financing
• Negotiate effectively to close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, specifications, and market trends
• Educate customers on the advantages of owning a specific used vehicle and overcome objections
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately
• Work closely with the finance department to secure financing options for customers
• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
  
  

Necessary Skills / Experience

• Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in the used car segment
• Familiarity with dealership processes and customer relationship management
• Honesty and ethical behavior
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner
• Customer-oriented with a focus on providing an exceptional buying experience
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Valid Drivers License
