We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitation to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing linens.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests related to housekeeping.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management systems is advantageous.
- Experience in industrial cleaning or floor care techniques is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
