Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Associate (#883) - Dallas

Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Associate with three to four years of experience to join our Dallas office. This associate will work primarily in our Mergers and Acquisitions practice group, but they would also have the opportunity to work on a variety of general corporate matters, including corporate restructurings, strategic partnerships, fund formation, and private equity and venture capital investments.

Qualified Candidates Will Have

• A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school;
• Three to four years of corporate experience, including mergers and acquisitions experience;
• Strong communication and writing skills;
• Top academic credentials; and
• Texas bar admission or the ability to become licensed in Texas
