With a strong presence in US and international markets, the firm provides strategic counsel on complex, high-stakes transactions that shape industries worldwide.
About the Practice
The M&A and Private Equity group advises top-tier clients on a broad range of transactions, including:
- Representing private equity sponsors and corporate clients in complex mergers, acquisitions, and investment transactions.
- Structuring and negotiating public and private company transactions, including cross-border deals.
- Advising on joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, and divestitures.
- Collaborating with a global team of attorneys to provide seamless, high-level legal counsel.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience at a major law firm focusing on M&A and Private Equity.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted, and in good standing, to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice or eligible for admission.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
- Class years 2021–2018.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $225,000 – $435,000, depending on JD year.
- Competitive benefits package, including discretionary bonus, paid leave, health insurance, life and disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
