We are seeking a Practice Group Director to support and drive the success of our firm-wide Capital Markets, Emerging Companies, Healthcare Transactions & Regulatory, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Technology Commerce Practice Groups. Based in our Minneapolis or Salt Lake City office, this role will serve as a strategic advisor and liaison between Practice Group leadership and key administrative functions, including HR, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and more. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the group's strategic initiatives, enhancing collaboration, and ensuring seamless integration of firm-wide resources to support client service excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities Include :
- Human Resources / Talent Management
Supervise Practice Group paraprofessionals and other non-lawyer business professionals.
Facilitate the creation, maintenance, and distribution of client reports, legal budget tracking mechanisms and related client-facing solutions.
Promote and implement the consistent and innovative use of technology and knowledge management resources across the platform.
Assist in creating business plans for assigned Practice Groups and industry teams and assist with and monitor execution of such plans.
