Your Role:
As a vital member of our team, this hybrid position will serve as a leader for the Enterprise Risk Management area of the Credit Union, working closely and coordinating efforts within the department and team across all business lines. Your role will also involve:
- Facilitating the risk program through continued monitoring, analytics, and reporting key risk indicators, limits, and triggers
- Lead risk projects, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks
- Overall management of timelines and deliverables
- Key in the coordination, review, and implementation plan overview of risk and product implementations.
- Provide training and support, as appropriate, to team members on risk awareness
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Four (4) year business degree required.
- Experience: Five (5) or more years financial institution experience required. Minimum four years (4) experience in a risk focus capacity (risk management, ERM, operations, audit, and/or compliance) or related field or similar experience required.
- Other Requirements: You must be bondable; ERM/Risk Management or similar certification preferred.
