We are looking for a Front of House Supervisor to help with the front of house staff and daily operations. We provide paid training, a flexible schedule, and a positive work environment! Responsibilities:
- Set daily, weekly and monthly goals and objectives for the team
- Create staff schedules according to sales trends
- Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all security procedures
- Assists General Manager in weekly inventory counts
- Controls profit and loss by following cash handling and security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and taking appropriate actions
- Organized and supervises marketing and promotional activities for the Brand
- Interacts with guests to ensure an excellent guest experience
- Handles customer complaints
- Oversees the kitchen staff and maintains truck cleanliness
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have at 1 years supervisor experience
- Must have 3 years experience in customer service
- Must be able to obtain Texas Managers Food Handlers Certification
- Must be sales driven, energetic, and motivated to succeed
- Management experience in restaurants highly preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Able to maintain food standards and practices.
- Able to learn the menu, food safety temperatures
- Must be able to have consistency in preparation and presentation.
