We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The Kitchen Supervisor will ensure that food is prepared efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
- Foster a safe and positive work environment for all staff.
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and prep materials.
- Ensure food quality meets or exceeds set standards.
- Maintain portion control, minimize waste, and adhere to par levels.
- Uphold superior personal hygiene and kitchen sanitation standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food orders.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Assist with menu specials in collaboration with the Culinary Manager and Kitchen Manager.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to excel in their roles.
- Maintain consistency in food plating techniques.
- Ensure proper food storage and inventory practices.
- Deliver a memorable dining experience by ensuring dishes are served perfectly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience in a professional kitchen, with at least one year in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and openness to constructive feedback.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary degree or certification is preferred.
