Responsibilities
1. Shift Management:
- Lead and inspire our team, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Cultivate a positive and energetic work environment that fosters teamwork, motivation, and high standards of service.
2. Assist GM with continuous coaching & development of the bar and service team
- Ensure high quality training/onboarding
- Receive feedback from and collaborate with the team
- Give regular feedback, positive and negative with firm, professional communication
3. Assist GM with Inventory Management and Ordering
- Complete daily/monthly item counts with GM and KM
- Responsible for the ordering of product and supplies
- FIFO of all product on a daily basis
4. Assist GM with Administrative duties
- Upload and approve invoices
- Fill out daily shift log
- Manage labor
