Who We’re Hiring:
Doswell Operating Group is looking for a Corporate Communications Intern for the Summer of 2025! This internship is the perfect experience for someone studying Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related field who has a keen eye for detail and loves creating digital and print content. The main purpose of this role is to assist the People Operations Team in creating communications and visuals to be distributed throughout the organization.
Applicants will be required to submit a portfolio or work samples along with their job application and resume.

What We Offer:
- Summer internships will be paid positions.
What You’ll Do:
- Create visuals using Canva and other design platforms to assist with our People initiatives across the organization.
- Update the design of current recruiting resources and flyers.
- Design content to assist with communication of the organization’s programs.
- Assist with ensuring continuity of the corporate brand across all digital and print communication through an updated and cohesive design.
- All interns will participate in a summer-long project, culminating in a final presentation alongside fellow interns.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
- Currently attending a four-year college or university studying Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Must be willing and able to work required working hours as assigned by supervisor (not to exceed 40 per week).
- Approximately 12-week internship, Summer 2025
- Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Canva and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite is required.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects is essential.
- Fluent English verbal and written skills are required.
