What You'll Do :
Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians and installers.
Oversee daily operations to ensure all projects are executed efficiently and within deadlines.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to HVAC services.
Monitor the quality of work completed by field technicians to ensure compliance with company standards.
Oversee inventory of HVAC equipment, parts, and materials required for jobs.
Track project costs and manage resources to ensure cost-effective operations.
Prepare and maintain reports on field operations, including job status, employee performance, and client feedback.
Enforce safety protocols in all aspects of field operations.
Step in as a technical resource when complex problems arise in the field.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring :High school diploma or equivalent is required
Several years experience in the HVAC industry
Must have a valid Virginia driver's license.
Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
