Position Overview : The Sales Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving the company’s revenue growth and achieving organizational sales objectives. This position involves developing and executing a strategic sales plan, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, possess excellent leadership and analytical skills, and have a proven track record of success in sales strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet organizational goals and revenue targets
  • Set individual sales targets and delegate responsibilities based on team strengths and expertise
  • Manage and oversee the performance of the sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Provide training, coaching, and feedback to enhance the skills and performance of sales staff
  • Monitor sales activities, interpret data, and generate detailed sales reports for management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated efforts in achieving sales objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers in key accounts
  • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue
  • Plan and direct sales presentations, proposals, and online sales activities
  • Represent the company at trade meetings and industry conventions

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in a Sales Manager role
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Innovative, results-driven approach to sales strategy development
  • Sound judgment in assessing risks and opportunities.
