Position Overview: The Sales Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving the company’s revenue growth and achieving organizational sales objectives. This position involves developing and executing a strategic sales plan, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, possess excellent leadership and analytical skills, and have a proven track record of success in sales strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet organizational goals and revenue targets
- Set individual sales targets and delegate responsibilities based on team strengths and expertise
- Manage and oversee the performance of the sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Provide training, coaching, and feedback to enhance the skills and performance of sales staff
- Monitor sales activities, interpret data, and generate detailed sales reports for management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated efforts in achieving sales objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers in key accounts
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue
- Plan and direct sales presentations, proposals, and online sales activities
- Represent the company at trade meetings and industry conventions
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in a Sales Manager role
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
