Oilfield Services Company seeking a senior level Sales & Operations Executive with very strong MEP , fabricated steel, potential oilfield experience. The successful candidate will be a profit sharing leader in the development of the MEP Division. This is a profit sharing position.
Title : MEP General Manager & VP Sales - Steel
Industry : MEP / Steel (Stainless & Processed) / O&G
Compensation : Strong base plus profit sharing =
Location : Fort Worth area
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in senior level Sales / BD and Operations Management within the MEP,
steel fabrication and / or oilfield services industry.
Strong MEP maintenance services experience in leadership roles and technical roles.
Strong understanding of stainless steel and process steel fabrication industries
Strong Sales / Business Development experience in steel, MEP, and related industries
Strong rolodex of contacts.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing operational efficiency
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
