Industry Event Marketing:
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans for industry events to maximize brand visibility and lead generation and handle event logistics.
- Coordinate with event organizers, internal teams and vendors to ensure a seamless event experience.
- Facilitating event giveaways and collateral
- Onsite travel as needed
- Track and measure event performance to optimize future efforts.
- Plan and execute engaging customer events that strengthen relationships and drive customer loyalty.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and attendee communications.
- Onsite travel as needed
- Gather feedback from attendees to improve future events.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry publications, websites, and consultants.
- Negotiate and manage collaboration agreements.
- Develop joint marketing campaigns to reach new audiences and generate leads.
- Work closely with sales, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and maximize results.
- Lead the planning, production, and execution of webinars, both internal and external.
- Develop engaging webinar content and presentations.
- Manage webinar logistics, including speaker coordination, technology setup, and attendee registration.
- Promote webinars through various marketing channels to drive attendance.
- Analyze webinar performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the tech industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of industry event marketing, customer event management best practices, and webinar production.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and webinar platforms.
