Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality marketing solutions that drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients grow their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Regularly communicate with clients to update them on campaign progress and results.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve optimal results.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance to clients.
Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights that can improve future performance.
- Provide clients with detailed reports that showcase the value and impact of their digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Agency experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
