Hybrid 3x a week- (Seattle, WA)
In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.
We are looking for a passionate individual who is eager to learn and can keep up in a fast-paced
environment. The bulk of the work is designing ads in Photoshop/Figma and building the final ads using
DDM’s proprietary ad building platform. This candidate should possess the ability to learn quickly;
adopting DDM’s internal platform while also providing feedback and suggestions to developers and
senior UX/UI designers to further enhance its functions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter; someone
who can organize their workflow with minimal supervision. The position entails having to communicate
with client solutions managers and other internal stakeholders to manage timelines to produce and
inform campaign creatives.
To be successful in this role, we'd expect you to:
45% - Production design
Education: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education and experience
Experience: 3-5 years

Pay Range
Salary: Washington: $68,000 - $80,000
The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith’s total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives. - Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to pivot quickly and engage productively with constructive feedback.
- Translate client needs and brand guidelines into captivating ad design.
- Should be detail-oriented and able to organize their own workflow.

- Execute post-production of all digital ad display units using HTML builder platforms like Celtra or
- similar.
- Ensure that all of the ads are properly optimized keeping in mind industry standards.
- Design digital advertising campaigns while keeping the client’s goals and brand guidelines in
- mind
- Keeping up with the latest trends and tools.
- Communicate and support project managers to execute ads and use platform components to
- support the client’s product objectives.
- Work alongside developers and engineers to troubleshoot and improve the functionality of DDM’s
- native platforms.
- Make recommendations for new products and features to enhance the platform.
Education: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education and experience
