Outside Sales Representative (Fort Worth, TX)

Job Description

We are a California based premium vaping hardware company with several international locations seeking Dallas, TX outside sales representative to join our growing sales team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contact prospective and current clients through cold calls, and visit smoke/vape shops and distributors in the designated regions.
• Assist regional distributors with brand promotion and marketing at local stores.
• Professionally represent the company to potential clients.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities.
• Provide reports to the immediate supervisor of all sales results (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
• Join weekly sales meetings remotely and report on sales achievements, road blocks, and plan of actions.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
• Provide in-store training, attend trade shows, and facilitate client events.
• Keep informed on competitive brands, services, and general industry news.
• Ability to understand client needs, develop high yielding relationships with clients, and adapt accordingly as needed to maintain relationships.
• We require our sales staff to be extremely self-motivated and to set their own schedule with intention and discipline. This is to include evenings and/or weekends when needed.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of or work experience in the vaping industry is a plus.
• Basic CRM proficiency preferred.
• some knowledge of store merchandising procedures.
• Successful track record in customer relationships and comfort with cold calling.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• PREFER YOU HAVE VAPE KNOWLEDGE
• MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
• MUST HAVE A RELIABLE AND INSURED CAR.
• Willing to travel within the US.

• Monday to Friday

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
