• You are a skilled strategist with 12-15 years of experience in the agency environment or marketing field.
• You are an expert in the art of building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.
• You are an enthusiastic leader and experienced manager who enjoys working with teams to solve problems and achieve excellent results.
• You are a collaborator and a consummate team player with a track record of success.
• You are a proponent of systems and processes that allow for the tracking of client feedback, results, and continuous improvement.
• You are a lifelong learner who enjoys keeping pace with rapid industry changes.
About the Job
· You’ll manage multiple accounts and drive high client satisfaction by cultivating strong, positive client relationships.
· You’ll maintain current client relationships and establish new ones to drive year-over-year revenue growth for the agency.
· You’ll advance a culture of creativity, use data-driven strategies, and stay informed of market trends to deliver strategic plans that meet client objectives.
· You’ll supervise and professionally develop account directors and team members to deliver on-time results and an outstanding client experience.
· You’ll foster a supportive agency culture, collaborate across business functions, and contribute to agency reputation.
Desired Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· 12 years in agency role or similar relevant experience
· Excellent people skills with a strong track record of cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with clients
· Experience driving strategy, using data to make make informed decisions, and devising creative solutions that deliver value for clients
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Experience leading and developing people, motivating teams, and bringing together diverse perspectives to achieve excellent results
· Experience growing revenue with the financial savvy to balance creative ambitions with budget constraints
· Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
· Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
