Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Intake Specialist located in Lakewood, NJ. The Intake Specialist will be responsible for managing the intake process for new clients, ensuring accurate collection and entry of client information, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include communicating with clients and families, processing client registration, verifying insurance information, and supporting clients throughout the intake process. The role requires a strong focus on client care, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
