Job Description:
As a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals on commercial roofing projects. This position requires extensive travel to meet with clients, conduct roof inspections, and present our services. If you have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new commercial roofing sales opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, facility managers, and business decision-makers.
Conduct on-site roof inspections and provide detailed project assessments.
Develop and present customized roofing solutions to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently.
Coordinate with project managers and roofing crews to ensure smooth project execution.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (roofing or construction industry preferred).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the region.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
8% commission on the gross total of each contract closed (uncapped earning potential).
