Outside Sales - Full Time

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual who can help grow and maintain our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and can work independently as well as a part of a team. Must be willing and able to learn about a variety of products and services, and effectively relay that information to our customers. This role requires driving in all weather conditions and for extended periods of time, and will occasionally require overnight stays.

• Pay range depends on experience
• Full time M-F 7:00am -5:30pm

Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish good customer relationships
• Attend regular sales meetings and collaborate with team members
• Follow up with prospective or existing customers on a regular basis
• Track and enter sales activities into online database
• Research products and generate quotes in a timely manner
• Attend necessary training classes and retain product information
• Schedule meetings with customers as well as perform cold calls
• Meet with customers at their offices, warehouses, producing well sites, drilling rigs, frac sites, gas plants, etc.
• Maintain vehicle and keep it in good working order

Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills required

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to drive in all weather conditions for extended periods of time
• Must be able to perform all essential duties
• Must be able to develop proficiency to perform quality, efficient work with minimal assistance.
• Must be able to use customer service skills
• Must be able to read and write
• Must have basic computer skills

Preferred Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Oilfield experience

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Push, pull, squat, bend, & reach
