Landscape and Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team

as a General Maintenance and Groundskeeper. This position is responsible for the

upkeep and maintenance of the property, ensuring that all facilities, equipment, and

outdoor spaces are in excellent condition. The ideal candidate will have experience in

general repairs, landscaping, and custodial duties, as well as a strong work ethic and

attention to detail. The candidate must be able to work with little supervision and stay on

task.

Key Responsibilities:

 Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and

painting as needed.

 Inspect and repair structures, equipment, and fixtures to ensure they remain in

proper working order.

 Maintain the grounds by mowing lawns, trimming, removing and spraying weeds,

basic sprinkler system maintenance, and ensuring cleanliness.

 Perform seasonal duties such as leaf removal, snow shoveling, and applying ice-

melting treatments.

 Ensure walkways, driveways, and parking areas are clean and free of hazards.

 Conduct inspections of buildings and grounds to identify maintenance needs and

address issues promptly.

 Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and

blowers.

 Perform custodial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash as

needed.

 Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment for events or facility use.

 Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and request replenishment as

necessary.

 Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure working

environment.

Qualifications:

 Valid driver’s license is required.

 Prior experience in maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is preferred.

 Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.

 Ability to operate landscaping equipment and basic hand tools.

 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in

various weather conditions.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule:

 Full-time or part-time position, depending on employer needs.

 Flexible schedule with potential weekend work.
